How to Add List Icon
At the position where you want to add list icon, drag the Icon List into the existing layout. When the position displays in green (image), it means you can place the component in that position.
How to configure icon in List Icon
Click on the leading Icon to open the settings.
Instructions in order from top to bottom:
Customize icon: Choose icon, change color, configure size
Align left/center/right
Configure Background/Border/Shadow colors for Icon
Add link: Configure Open page within website, Open link, Scroll within page, Email, Phone number

Click on the Text in the Icon List -> Click on Edit text -> Edit similar to editing the Text component.
